As good an experience as one could hope for whilst waiting to find out if you're OK!
The staff were all wonderful, very friendly and calm! That genuinely makes a real difference and turns the experience into a human one.

My care from Kate Talas has been a fantastic nurse looking after me and getting to the bottom of what is wrong with me and didn't let me go home last week. Cannot fault Kate.
The doctor last night was a disgrace sending me home, they didn't check my bloods and made me come back by ambulance and I have end stage renal failure with type 1 diabetes. I am so angry with that doctor.

The care we get everything is exceptional. My uncle needs frequent care due to falls, urine blockage, heart attacks etc. The care here is great. Sheila was very good in particular.

Treated with dignity, respect, care and kindness.
Lots of waiting time, even if the patient is in lots of pain.
Doesn't feel like an emergency unit. (Spent whole day to receive treatment) :-(.

Complaint. I am writing on behalf of a prisoner from HMP Bronzefield. Whilst the prisoner was being seen Dr Shaum why is she in prison which is unacceptable and will be raised to our security department th doctor was impolite and insensitive during procedure.
